Mr. Thea PHENG

Legal Consultant

Mr. Thea PHENG is a legal consultant with BNG Legal. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Pannasastra University. He has also attained a Certificate in Diverse Legal Training and a Diploma of English from Pannasastra University.

Before joining BNG Legal, Thea was an administrative assistant for the Dail Community, a social welfare organization. From his work with this organization has gained much experience in civil and commercial matters. Thea is familiar with government agencies and institutions. His current areas of practice include intellectual property, civil law, investment and commercial law.

Thea speaks Khmer and English.
