Rithy is a legal consultant with BNG Legal. Rithy holds a Masters Degree in European and International Contract Law, a Pre-Master Degree in Private Law (Maitrise), a Bachelors Degree majoring in Private Law from the University of Lumiere Lyon 2 (France). Rithy has also obtained a Bachelors Degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economy (Cambodia).
Rithy is also a lecturer of Commercial Law (Insolvency) and Fundamental Mechanisms of Anglo-Saxon Law (Contract, Trust, Joint-Venture, Liabilities) at the Royal University of Law and Economy (French Cooperation). Prior to joining BNG, Rithy worked on a broad range of private and public projects for major national and international companies.
He specializes in contract law, international commercial law, commercial law, civil obligations, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, investment law, and banking and finance law.
